CANCELLATION POLICY, AIR REQUIREMENTS, RESPONSIBILITY

Any seminar is subject to cancellation at any time without notice due to lack of participation. AEA Cruises, its
associates and partners, are not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation for any reason.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY: It is recommended that each participant contact his attorney or accountant for information
concerning the tax effect of seminar attendance. A certificate of continuing education will be given to each attendee at
the conclusion of each seminar.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: All passengers are REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF Of U.S CITIZENSHIP when checking in
for their cruise. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact your consulate for requirements.
IF YOU PURCHASE AIR TICKETS THRU THE CRUISE LINE:
The cruise line reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing and city airport from each gateway city. The cruise
line reserves the right to substitute charter air service for scheduled air service without prior notice. Airfares used are
based on capacity controlled as well as contract, promotional, nonrefundable or group fares. Airline tickets issued by
the cruise lines are highly restrictive. Because of this, you may find that your air ticket cannot be reissued, revalidated
or exchanged for another carrier or routing. All airline tickets are the property of the airline and must be returned to
and are refundable only to the cruise line. Flight schedules may require that you make connections or stops en route
to your final destination or cruise departure. Flight schedules cannot be changed once your tickets have been issued
by the cruise lines. (WHICH MAY NOT BE UNTIL 1-2 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, BUT IS USUALLY 2-3 WEEKS
PRIOR). Any additional costs, including penalties for cancellations/rebookings will be made at the passenger's
expense. If you cancel your cruise after air tickets have been issued you may be subject to cancellation fees unless
you have purchased, and the cancellation is covered by, the cruise line’s insurance program. Any penalties will be
deducted from your refund. Passengers booked in the same cabin or traveling with other passengers but who
originate from different gateway cities may not receive routing on the same flights.
AIR DEVIATIONS MAY BE REQUESTED: a nonrefundable fee of $50-100 per person will apply per deviation or
service and you will be responsible for the additional cost of the service you requested. Requests must be made
between 210 and 45 days prior to departure.  Deviations include: extended stay before or after the cruise; upgrades;
specific airlines, flights and times; requests for other gateway cities; requests for past date flight records; requests for
alternate city airports, ie Palm Beach for Ft Lauderdale sailings; additional airfare may be required. .
